RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Blue Lock Store offers streetwear clothing inspired by the Blue Lock anime universe. Our products are not official jerseys nor licensed products. They are independent creations inspired by this universe.

Photos displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may exist between the website visuals and the product received, due to screen differences, lighting, and the manufacturing process. These minor variations do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to a refund.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to submit a return request, in accordance with the right of withdrawal (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Retain all original tags
  • Be in its original packaging if possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or special promotion items (unless proven defective)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

⚠️ PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO — MANDATORY

For any claim regarding a defective, non-conforming item, or an order error, an unboxing video is MANDATORY.

This video must:

  • Show the sealed and intact package before opening
  • Show the shipping label with the readable tracking number
  • Show the complete opening of the package in one continuous shot (no cuts)
  • Clearly show the item(s) received and the reported issue

Without this video, no claim for non-conformity or defect can be processed. We strongly recommend filming the opening of every package as a precaution.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

1. Contact our customer service at contact@bluelockstore.fr with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the received product showing the defect
  • The package opening video (mandatory)

2. Our team will review your request within 48 to 72 business hours.

3. Depending on the issue found, we will offer you the appropriate solution.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, including in the case of withdrawal. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the return parcel.

Exception: in the case of a clear error on our part (wrong item sent, missing item), return shipping costs may be covered after validation by our customer service and only upon presentation of the package opening video.

TYPES OF REFUND

1. Right of withdrawal (change of mind)

If you wish to return an item without defect (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.):

  • Refund of the item price after receipt and verification of the return
  • Initial shipping costs are not refunded
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Processing time: 7 to 14 business days after receipt of the return

2. Minor non-conformity (slight color/texture difference)

As mentioned above, our products are streetwear creations and photos are for illustrative purposes. If you notice a slight difference from the website visuals:

  • Partial refund of 10% of the item price in the form of a promo code or direct refund
  • No return necessary
  • Photos mandatory, unboxing video strongly recommended

3. Major defect or order error

If you receive an item with a major manufacturing defect (unstitched seam, hole, completely wrong print) or a different item from what was ordered:

  • Item replacement or full refund after verification
  • Package opening video mandatory to process the claim
  • Detailed photos of the defect mandatory
  • Decision made within 48 to 72 business hours after receipt of evidence

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item or size, please return the original item (at your expense) and place a new order.

CASES OF REFUND DENIAL

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

  • Absence of package opening video for non-conformity or defect claims
  • Claim made beyond the 14-day period
  • Item returned worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Minor color or appearance differences related to screen display (beyond the 10% commercial gesture)
  • Repeated or abusive claims from the same customer
